The first step is to find out which program it is that is crashing.

What happens when you hit ok, anything at all?

apparently when hit ok ,its try to run debug with Dr.watson and error reporting so i disable dr.watson and error reporting service after that the cancel button disappear and there is just ok .
im monitored process with "process monitor" and find out its coming from csrss.exe and try to pinging some address ,then i replace csrss.exe , winsrc.dll and crsrsv.dll in recovery consol but its appear again .
also i scan the windows with node32 SysInspector and findout Crsss.exe have some problem ,but i have no idea to solve the problem.
thanks for your attention

Fist thing we need to do is make sure the system doesnt have some hidden infection.

Have you gave tdsskiller.exe and combofix.exe a run yet?
