I do not know what you mean, but in my shows:

CPU Frequency

3700 MHz  -  43000 MHz     [x 4]
CPU Power: 55 W
Temp. 53oC
CPU Fan Extreme Quiet 200 - 700 RPM
Energy Saving 14 - 15 W
Configured Max CPU Power - Disabled

Julian - I do not use the parking CPU Cores.

It uses better technology.

Enabling the Configured Max CPU Power may decrease the total power to the CPU, and affect the CPU performance under a heavy system load.
