Your English is fine :)

Are you using Intel ?

When that many files are found and Intel is being used, it has been found that downloading the Chipset drivers has resolved, but I'll move your thread to the Cat and Mum File Requests section where Julian will pick up your thread.

If you are using Intel, run another Pre-Scan after downloading the Chipset drivers to see if there's any improvement.

What is your exact model ?

On the US site I found Intel Chipset drivers for the 2200t CTO but when checking for models outside of the US, there were the following for the 2200

2200ea, 2200ec, 2200el, 2200er and 2200sj

Can you download the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) to see what that makes of those - it's unusual they are all .mum files without any .cat files.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=20858

This is a 538MB download so it's worth clicking on Save and run it from your Downloads folder should you need to again.

Its log can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\CBS then double click on the Checksur one which will open in Notepad.

It can repair these type of files but may not do so for all.

If it still shows corruption at the end of the log, then run the Pre-Scan again and post both the Checksur and Pre-Scan logs where Julian will pick up your thread to help you with those.

Run the Pre-Scan again to see if it reports the same 472 errors.

Sorry for the delay on this.

I've recently learned that Julian has been in hospital for surgery and I've emailed Shane about the backlog to which I'm awaiting a reply, although if he's tied up with the demands from his computer business then I'm not sure when he'll be able to take up the slack.
