Quicker access to Windows Quick Links and/or Pro features?

Subject title speaks for itself.  A link to either or both of these programs on the taskbar would be sweet!  Desktop and Start page (Win10) would be very good, too.

You can access those through the system tray icon if it displays - it doesn't on one of the laptops that I have the pro version installed on unless I open Windows Repair and it only remains there for the time I have the machine switched on.
