Title: "T.com W.R. tray Icon is requesting your permission"
Post by: viewerx on December 27, 2015, 04:48:18 pm
HP s5414y 64 bit Win 7 Chrome

I was having a problem with Photoshop Elements.  I use the disc not the download. After messing with it and stopping.  I saw the repair icon was flashing in my tray.  I figured it saw something needed. Since problems could not be with the PS disc I knew it had to be windows.   I ran it using every option, including running repairs twice. I found myself stuck in Safe Mode and had to use MSCONFIG to get out.  The icon was still flashing in the tray. [ Plus I still seem to have bugs in Photoshop. But, that is someone else's forum]

If I clicked on the icon and it had a message why it was up, hey, that'd be great.  Might need magic for that, though.  Any real world ideas as to why it keeps trying to get my attention?  thanks.

My tray icon doesnt flash, in fact it has no timers or code that runs in it at all. It is just quick access menus.

Can you post a screen shot of the icon that is blinking for me?
