SFC /SCANNOW No errors detected
chkdsk /r No errors detected

Probably caused by : rpcrt4.dll

https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/help/2958386/fix-error-in-rpcrt4-dll-leads-to-intermittent-crashes-when-you-start-a

Where is the link to download this patch?

I can't translate that page so I haven't a clue what it says.

Have you checked Event Viewer to see what it has recorded for that error and have you tried your restore points ?

This error occurs sporadically (not always) so it's hard to determine what's causing the problem.
I used to have a script on the Microsoft site that catches these types of errors, but I do not remember how to do it.

ExplorerCrash, Dump etc.

For some unspecified Windows No Report this error because the computer is shutting down.
The last error is 22.10.2017 so there is no other new error of 25.10.2017

Explorer.exe crashes with Memory could not be written (when Windows shutting down)

sfc /scannow PASS
CHKDSK PASS
Check Physical Memory 0% ERROR

1. Click Start, input regedit in the search box, press Enter
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting
3. Right-click Windows Error Reporting, choose New Key, name it LocalDumps.
4. Right-click LocalDumps, choose New Key, name it Explorer.exe
5. Click Explorer.exe, on the right pane, right-click choose New Expandable String Value, name it Dump Folder.

Please show me(screenshot) how to set it up because I have a Polish language, and I do not understand exactly.

Application error in Explorer.exe when you shut down or restart Windows

Symptoms
You receive the following error message when Windows 7, 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2 is shutting down:
explorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at <memory address> referenced memory at <memory address>. The memory could not be "<read or write>".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

Note The shutdown process continues after the error message is displayed. The error does not harm the computer, and it can be safely ignored.

This issue occurs when you right-click the Start tip or press the Windows key+X keyboard shortcut, and then you use the Shut down or sign out option to shut down or restart Windows.

I'd found that MS article on the rpcrt4.dll but it didn't apply to your version of Windows and I don't recognize that version.

From the info in your last link, that article only applies to Win 8 and associate servers but also says it is nothing to worry about, unless you keep getting that error on a normal shutdown.
