Title: The command is not supported

Here is my problem: Microsoft Word crashes frequently when I am opening DOCX extension file. This command is not supported message pop up.
Can anyone explain whats happening and provide a solution? How to open the file?

If you’ve received the document by e-mail, download it, go to Google Docs and upload it.
This is viewing software DOCX Open File Tool (https://www.openfiletool.com/docxopen.html)
Also you can Open Office suite to open word document.
