I hope I  enclosed the right file. The program  resorted to 'fall back'.
Will this affect system restore?

The VSS failed so it used the fall back method and it does show success on backing them up.

The fall back method can only backup loaded reg files. So the system registry and the current logged in user. All other user profiles would be skipped.
