THANKS!!... I just un ticked the fix store apps, and all good...it has worked like a charm again on 3 win 10 machines.

FYI, for those that repair computers for a living, in the past week or so, we have had more clients calling, do to update messing with everything from internet to very slow PC's...  anyone else see this???

Also, this tool works great on fixing win 10 issues not included with WR.

Ok, so I haven't used WR in a few weeks on win 10 machines... today I thought I'd give it another shot.... SAME thing, reboot, and goes to black screen with cursor.

I havn't heard back on how or why this is happening... I run a business...  I have clients, that expect to be taken care of, we fix 40 plus windows machines a week.

your product worked good for a year, NOW it just bricks systems... very sad.

PLEASE  FIX THIS !

..  Sorry, MB= Malware Bytes.

I tried everything to get in the system, and SM will not activate... I had to do a re-install. In the mean time I have stopped using WR until I hear back.

FYI, I have a Tech shop here in Illinois, and we work on 30 machines a week.

I have been using WR 3.9 for a year... and has worked great, but in the last week with 4 win 10 machines I get a black screen after i re boot, with cursor???, and yes I run MB, and run WR in safe mode.  I have 3.9 Pro portable. did Win Repair change?, or is it win 10?? If this was one or two, but for the last 4!!  whats up??

For the last week or so, whenever I finish up using windows repair on a win 10 machine in goes into "please wait while we get windows ready" and takes about 30 mins or so.. any ideas??, this happen about 8 times now... and never changed setting or updated the program.  using  3.9

I want to add scripts to Tweeks , I'm using the portable version.... do I just add the script, in the window, or have it run as a program??  Thanks

I was at a Clients today, when I opened the tool to run, as always, it asked if I wanted to update to 4.0, so I did. It DL the new files, but removed the start Icon, I click on the new 4.0 file and asked for a password to unzip, no clue what that would be...and was useless at that point... GRRR client wasn't happy I had to come back to run the scan, whith anothe FD, but didn't click to upgrade.  whats going on???  I paid for Pro, does going to 4.0 make your (working) tools not work any more.  FYI: I use this on flash drives... and all was working fine up until today...... any help with this??  Thanks all, and love this tool, (besides today)  Please help!!
