Tweaking.com Support & Help / Re: Computer Continously Reboots

No, I was not able to boot off my hard drive.  I have figured it out for now any way.  I just did a hard reset and it booted right up.  My new problem is that even though it is supposed to have an internal wireless network card, I don't see the software even programmed into the compturer on the start menu or in device manager. I installed an older wireless netwoking card and managed to connect to my home wireless network, but cannot get to the internet.  The only thing I can think is that my security settings do not match because my reacently added card does not offer WPA2 as an option in security settings for the adapter.  Not sure why I can't get to the internet but can connect to my network.  I know that my network is connecting fine on my other computers wirelessly.

Tweaking.com Support & Help / Computer Continously Reboots
« on: December 05, 2011, 12:23:22 am »
I have an older laptop with XP on it and it continoulsly reboots when you turn it on.  It doen't let you use F8 or any other combo of keys to acces the bios menu or any other menu. So basically it is just stuck rebooting continously.  I even tried to use the XP install disk and no luck.  Nothing works. What can I do? Is is a power supply issue or a possible hard drive issue?
