I will now show
1. What the Bios Shows Now

weird check your cable and make sure they are in nice and snug also you can try a different sata port and by the way the windows repair program does not do anything to the bios lol. it's not even possible to be honest

If it isnt showing up in the bios then you either have a bad drive or a bad cable. There is no way any software can hide hardware from the bios itself, you are not even in Windows at that point.

Also check the power connectors, if they are fulty and the drive isnt getting power it will not show up in the bios as well.

Thank You! I checked the connections and solved the problem with the missing hard drive D.
Now the Cdrom appeared in windows explore untill I restarted Windows!
Then it dissappeared again. I checked the Bios. All the hard Drives and the CDROM are in the Bios.
Now the CDROM is not in Windows Explore or Device Manager. I reran the Tweaking Windows Repair Program  and it did not fix the missing CDROM Problem. Oh, I can boot the CD, but then when it starts windows I get the blue screen of death. It stops to prevent further damage to hard drive. Virus scan is clean and Chkdsk shows no errors! I would appreciate help solving this problem. I even tried a script to fix the CD in Registry. Please Help Me! Thank You in advance!

I was wondering if there may be something in this article that may help https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/314060 but for it to cause a BSOD it could be something else - did you also check the CD ROM's connectors ?

Blue Screen View will analyse the minidump file for you http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
