That sounds a lot for just one tab - but I don't have any experience of PM - it's just that there seem to be a lot deserting FF in favour of it.

You could try Waterfox to see how that performs.

Are you saying that the latest version of PM is the equivalent to FF v24.9 or is that the version of FF you are running when it is up to v45.0 with a v45.0.1 in the offing ?

PaleMoon x64(The browser is a clone of the old Firefox) - it is an outdated browser (old core / old engine etc.!) The author does not release new updates!

Samson - Many sites do not work properly with this browser.
Gmail (connection problem), Youtube (eg. A problem with playing time), and other sites indicate that the browser is old.
Many plug-ins also will not work (eg. AdBlock Plus etc.)

Palemon x64 26.1.1. (It is probably the version core 29-38 (not 45) )

You are right, I think it may even be from Firefox 28. I just use it as my second browser, and have no problems. I use Firefox ESR 38.7.1 as my primary.

I have also in the "Cyberfox x64" (cobweb her overgrown, for a long time did not use it)
Now I see that it is already in a version similar to Firefox x64 45.0.2 = Cyberfox x64 45.0.2
but I do not use it ... I have no such need for now ...

So have you tried Waterfox ?

Code: [Select]
Firefox(Waterfox) is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox(Waterfox) process must be closed to open a new window.
Boggin - Cannot run two applications
Waterfox and Firefox - at the same time

Possible run Palemon or Cyberfox, and Firefox at the same time...

I had that long running script earlier today but it coincided with an Internet Explorer has stopped working error.

For that I went into IE - Tools - Security - Reset all zones.. then under the Advanced tab, ensured both the Disable script debugging boxes were checked and unchecked Enable auto crash recovery, but I just put up with the long running script error messages as they are few and far between and not always on the same website.

Whatever, but I have very few problems with IE.

I have Firefox installed, but just as a spare browser and have never liked it and I certainly wouldn't have Chrome.

Why don't you have a Google for other browsers as you like to try things out - some have been trying out Vivaldi -

well I prefer Edge over any browser when I have to login encrypted to a secure server I use firefox only (no exceptions ever). I use internet explorer when i have to go to http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx. but other than that it's all preference I mean anyone can debate browsers till they are blue in the face. in my honest opinion it's like debating mac Linux and windows lol...  Everything is all preference and what the user wants to use it for.  :artist:

Pale moon = always problems

Facebook - Do not load pages properly, the video does not play correctly, and many other sites also infinitely is loading! This is the worst browser in the world!
