How quickly find every service in Windows 7.

How quickly find every service in Windows 7.
There is no search engine in Windows!
How can add a search engine services?
Most online tutorials are in English and Services in English
in Polish System it is completely different and I have trouble finding similar services :(

Hi, Just go to the run box and type msinfo32 and press enter. system information box opens. click software environment and expand. You get service menu.Just doble cick. On the right pane , all the services and ystatus of the services could be viewed. Is that  is your requirement or other
The Bottom line is "Check your hardware first if it supports the task you try".

- Turbo Service Manager shows all the Services (with their description in the native language) but it doesn't show the short internal name for those Services.
