I tried to install this new update, however Windows Defender tells me and my laptop PC that this update is
corrupt and it will not install. I am using Windows 10 version 1409. Any help you can give me in this matter
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and effort in this grave matter. Please advise ASAP

Firstly, you should edit your post to remove your email address, otherwise you will attract a lot of unwanted spam via Web bots.

Secondly, I would suggest you try downloading the latest version of WR AIO from the Direct Download link on this page http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html and install to update your current version.

Boggin:
You are the second one to report this about Windows Defender and you will need to whitelist it as well as contacting Microsoft.

It is a false positive.

Since my answer to Ross, I've tried to intall 4.0.15and also been informed by MSE that it contains a Trojen!!!! Apologies Ross :thinking:

Windows Defender and MSE probably share the same heuristics, so MS will need to be informed of this false positive.
