The Program for Froze Up Programs, will it open if I hit the right keys even

The Program for Froze Up Programs, will it open if I hit the right keys even if the Program is not frozen?

I am asking because I installed it and wanted to see if it would come up if I hit the Shift and F-2 key.

It doesn't however the program is not frozen I wanted to test to make it sure it does when I need it.

No, the program checks for any program that task manager would say is "not responding" :wink:
