Registry Backup error

hello Tweaking! .I am using registry backup 1.6.0, and i get an error with auto backup. it only can creat log_VSS.txt and Log_Backup.txt in backup folder, no registry was backup.
when i start it manual and get this:
" the program didn't shutdown properly. this may be due to a problem with the volume shadow copy service. ......"
but i still can start manual backup and every thing working fine. u can help me resolve this problem with auto backup . thank so much, sorry for my bad english

Post the logs of a failed auto backup for me so I can see what they say :-)

Your VSS (Volume Shadow Copy) isnt working properly. You can use my tools to try and fix VSS, or just go to the advanced settings in the reg backup and tell it to always use the fallback method instead :-)

repair tool is compatible with win 8 or not, i just reinstalled my system few days ago, i am also using diskeeper and it can damage VSS service ?
