@Ka6uup: I am curious what the content is of the registry for a number of services. Download the FARBAR service tool.

1. Tick all the boxes and hit "Scan". Perhaps some of the driver files are missing.
2. Type "SharedAccess", "Wscsvc" in the "Search:" box and hit "Export Service".
Then post both results in the attachment of your next post.
