help how do i fix can't complete purchase error code 0x80070426 windows store ap

i ran all in one but it lists error but i can't check it to fix it?

My repair tool doesnt have any repairs for the App Store yet.

The app store is one of the easiest things to break in Windows 8, and I am very serious about that :-)

So far some of the only ways to get the app store working again is to have Windows 8 do a refresh

Microsoft hasnt listed a single thing about what the App store needs or uses so I havent been able to make a repair for it yet.

i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8 and i downloaded the upgrade from internet ....everytime i try to refresh it asks for data ...from where?
