keyboard help

i reinstalled windows xp in dell latitude 630. all the function works fine but caps lock for upper case doesn't work. please help.

Is it in every program you try? If so have you tired a different keyboard to make sure it simply isnt the keyboard?

hi shane, it is not working for every program, and i'm sure it is a keyboard because when i use external keyboard all the function are working fine. cheers.

Sounds like you just have a bad keyboard bud, you will just have to replace it :wink:
