Windows 8 Brink of death

Thanks alot guys like really my laptop was on brink off death ever since i did a restore without affecting files, and deleted my windows.old. I couldn'y update do a CHKDSK or Scannow and tried all the Microsoft forums and tomhardware ect and none of there fixes worked. Thanks alot you's are the bee knee's
