Looks like a repair install is the best option, it isnt a fresh install, just a repair, so all your files and settings stay.

First you need a Windows 7 disk that has SP1, you can grab it here

Glad you got it going :-)

When the SFC fails there isnt a lot you can do as a repair install is the only way I have found to fix the SFC.
