Treid numerous "fixes"--- no go

I keep getting this notice on one website------ any ideas on a real fix???

The current identity (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE) does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files'.

There is only one way I have found to make .net work right. And that is to completely yank it and reinstall it fresh.

Reboot and then install .net again and it always works like new :-)
