BIOS update

Hi there
I have tried using the intel website update page and when I run intel's device update program, it comes up with nil results.
The processor in my laptop is a
Intel Core i5 430M CPU at 2.27ghz
running Windows 8, 32 bit
Any suggestions much appreciated

INtel wont have anything to do with it.

You have to get the bios update from the motherboard mfg website, or if it is a store bought computer then you check the mfg website to see if they have any bios updates.

Intel is just the chip it isnt the bios :-)
