Windows 8.1 IE Explorer from start menu not opening - only on desktop

Hello!

I installed your program to repair my windows internet explorer from the start tile, but it didn't fix it :D you might wanna check it out
when i click it (in properties of IE i have put it on desktop only because it doesn't open in fullscreen modus from start) i just get a blank IE screen!

I need to find out if it is possible to change the shortcut of the icons on the metro interface. :wink:
