I have a problem to access to my hard disk
Shane:
How did your hard drive get so many other partitions?
Diffidently not the norm lol
And you can see in the disk manger that it shows what file system they are, you will see it says NTFS for the C drive but nothing for the others. Looks like they havent been formated.
Did you have anything on those other partitions?
Shane
mmtech:
because my HDD is 1.5 TB lol
I told you a cant access to my partitions and its natural to cant see any thing for ex. NTFS tag
yes my doc , pic . video and data on those partitions
Shane:
Reason I was asking is because I wanted to know if they had been formated yet.
Which they have, and for some reason the file systems on those partitions is either corrupt or encrypted.
Do you remember any changes or anything that happened before they stopped working?
And reason why I ask about why so many partitions is they are all still on the same drive, the drive dies they all go with it. So normally I keep everything in one partition as there is no speed benefits to have the extra partitions (They all share the same hardware so writing from one to another is just the drive working twice as much), and if you start running out of space you dont have to resize. At the same time people also like to keep things organized so totally valid reason to have them :-D
Right now we need to focus on getting those readable again to get your data back at least. But we have to find out what happened first

as i write in atach file (problem.zip) i run the Ubuntu and check my partitions and everythings is ok for ex. play my viedos and music and etc.
it means my partitions not formated and we have a problem in my OS.
I have a software on my pc called "iolo system mechanic" i didnt remember exactly that is in checkdisk or defragment operation
and in that state i sleep my pc.
Shane:
I dont see anything attached to your post.
Also did you say you are able to see the files in Ubuntu?
