What is the difference between repair and cleaning ?

What is the difference between repair and cleaning DNS Cache Using your repairs tool & CCleaner program ?

My program does a repair, which means it resets things and puts things back to defaults and tries to fix them. Cleaning only means getting rid of files or information that is safe to delete and not needed for anything to work. This is why I have said before that my Repair program is not a cleaner :-)
