i think i figured out that problem i had w/ the windows update NOT MARKED ,  and i Marked it to d/l . then after my system crash, i was lead to for my repairs :omg:
 i had another update NOT MARKED. left that to d/l the rest . after reboot then the other has been marked .
so i see that as u need to d/l and install the Marked updates 1st . then the others should mark them selves.or maybe in need of a repair . u need the MARKED updates B4  u do the ones as NOT MARKED in list. otherwise it may result in some system fail, or crash .
 hope this makes sense. do not Mark the update if it is not Marked already in the list,  do the MARKED updates 1st .
it may need some component to be installed b4 the other NOT MARKED is installed

Normally I check all of them int he Windows update list, even the ones not marked and it never has given me trouble. But doesnt mean that would work for everyone :-)
