simple system tweaker (SOLVED) :-)

 gday mate.great site.
I have just downloaded simple system tweaker 3 times and each time I try to open and install it says....Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
I'm a noob so any help appreciated

Did you check to make sure your antivirus or something isnt blocking you from opening the file?

What antivirus do you have that was blocking it? I will submit the setup file to them so they will stop :wink:

it was the file system shield on avast mate
