windows 8 wifi limited connection (Solved)

I have a laptop that has windows 8 and constantly seems to drop the connection down to limited or no connection. I read that its a known problem but non of the fixes worked that I have come across. has anyone found an actual fix to this problem.

Never mind I figured it out. Customer had downloaded some nice malware that changed dns address along with some tcp/ip settings. Thanks
