Unable to download apps from windows 8 store

I have just finished tweaking my windows 8 system twice and when I try to download or purchase an app from the store, I get an 0x80070002 message.  Do you have any suggestions to help resolve this problem?

When you get the error? When you are trying to download the Windows Update?

I get the error when I try to download any app, in addition I can not get any of my downloaded apps to open.

Shane:
I looked up the error and for a lot of people with that error it was their antivirus/firewall program that was causing it. Have you tried removing your av to see if you can download the apps?
