Windows 7 hanging on startup

Im running win 7 64 bit,on startup it hangs on Please Wait and Welcome for some time before eventually booting right up.Ive tried every solution i can find and have run your repair program to no avail.Toshiba satelitte C660-17 J with 3 BG ram.Any thoughts?  nanchero.

First is to enable this tweak

Instead of saying please wait, it will tell you what it is doing. Then the part it hangs on the most will tell us where to look next :-)
