No Idea What is Wrong With My Comp

Shane:
You need a usb stick so you can make it bootable. Wal mart has them for $5

Your hard drive may be bad, we really need to do that bad sector check!

But I can't get onto windows. I barely even make it past the Dell Logo screen, then it goes black and tells me that NTLDR is missing. I press ctrl alt del like it says but it's like it's on repeat. Dell Logo, black screen, Dell logo, black screen and so on.

This just blows my mind. I was just on it, then I shut it down, ate dinner, got your reply then I turn it on and POOF dead computer. I'm only glad that I got all my work onto the USB before it happened.

What would I have to do if the hard drive is bad? It would make sense though, it's been through hell and back.

Shane:
If the drive is bad then you will need a new drive. Bad memory can do this as well.

First thing you are going to need is a usb drive. Then we can get some bootable tools to do the scans :-)

I won't be able to get one until after Tuesday. I will get back to you after that. Thank you for your help.

Shane:
No problem, and I will be here when you need me
