Pc laggs extremely hard

Hey first time here! ;)

Since is my third time writing cause of crashes I will keep short. My pc suddenly performs extremely bad and slow, I fixed it a bit, but not by much. Right now im trying the tweaking.com windows repair. But it allways fails because of some random repair, I uploaded the logs.

Im on Windows 7 64x Service Pack 1

- Did you follow the instructions provided by Windows Repair ? Like performing a "Clean Boot" ?

Shane:
Make sure to do a clean boot and make sure the AV is off. Also if you havent done so yet make sure to do a bad sector check on the drive as well. Open a cmd.exe window as administrator and type in
chkdsk c: /r

It will say it cant and would you like to at next boot, hit Y and enter and then reboot. Before windows starts it should start the chkdsk, and it will take a while!
