Ran "tweaking.com repair windows updates" and found an error

Have tried for months to update windows7.  Finally found tweaking.com!!!!!!!!
I seem to have a problem with Trustedinstaller.exe.   How can I fix this?  I am hesitant to download other software, but would like any suggestions.

Now, I have run tweaking.com Windows repair.  It did a great job,  but still did not fix the issue with Trustedinsaller.exe

Thats ok, the repair was simply trying to kill trustedinstaller IF it was running so that files it has locked can be cleared, the error is simply saying that it didnt find trusted installer running (Thats why it says process not found), so you dont need to worry about this one :-)
