Need Help fixing tweaking 2.9.2!!!!!!!!!!

New version of the Windows Repair can now been ran in safe mode, which is the best way to do it to keep the 3rd party programs from getting in the way, and I also have the manifest files inside the tweaking_ras.exe file now :-)
