Can't connect to any network and trouble in windows time (SOLVED)

O.S : Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Processor : Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz
Memory : (RAM) 2.00 GB
Graphics : Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset
Storage : Total size of hard disk(s) 465 GB
Network Adapter : Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
I can't connect to a network and no one can connect me
also internet time isn't working : "Unable to start windows time service"
This happened after i missed up services
i tried tweaking AIO windows repair and nothing
is there any thing else related to this
help please

What were you doing with the services ?

First thing to try are your restore points prior to this.

If the restore points report as unsuccessful then try them in Safe Mode.

You haven't said if you get an error code with this but you could try the steps in this article http://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-time-service-not-working-synchronization-fails-error

I followed a wrong Tutorial
i didn't make a restore points before that other restore points are old.

Internet time error: Unable to start windows time service

Your restore points are still your best bet and if you click on Scan for affected programs after selecting one, that will list what you may have to reinstall.

It's possible opening a command prompt as an admin and running sfc /scannow would restore those services - give that a try first.

Actually i tried system file checker and nothing
i checked my restore points and discovered it's deleted ! :cry:
anyhow just tell me what's the causes (all causes) of this error : 0x80070035 please
