windows updates problem After doing a repair install

After doing a repair install of windows on my other topic http://www.tweaking.com/forums/index.php/topic,2770.0.html i had got it an windows updates problem and other problems so i Goggling and find These troubleshoot articles http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_update/windowsupdate00009c59-windowsupdatedt000-windows-7/65b34acf-e742-4cbb-b142-2e1f90084c3c and http://www.error.info/windows/update-0x8024402c.html and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/836941 but no Solutions is working so far !
i have try this tool here and it found some errors http://www.error.info/software/error-analyzer/index.html and check my screenshot !

have to do a check disk and sfc/scannow and run Shane program for a second time, there is no error report however both Shane and Microsoft solutions are not able to fix the problem !

Run this tool real quick, make sure to run it as administrator, and let me know if it shows anything.

I've I install antivirus software recently, so I think there's problem is related to the Microsoft Security Essentials ? so should i removed it ?
