system error &H8007007E then failed to load control TitelBar re tweaking module

Trying to use tweaking program to resolve window 7 issue teredo driver, First  system error &H8007007E, and then failed to load control TitelBar  tweaking module.   Trying to get past the tweaking program installation in order to resolve other issues.

That error means that the program couldnt load one of the dll or ocx files that is in the same folder as the program. Did you use the installer or download the portable version? And if it was the portable version did you make sure to extract all the files to a folder and run it from there?
