New version does nothing for over an hour

I've been sitting here an hour and it supposed to have started but it's still at the first repair...it didn't take this long before so what is wrong please. All i get are two blue flashing lights going backwards and forwards..nothing else.
One hour ten minutes and still the same. :*(

- What version of Windows version & Windows Repair ?

Try this:
- Disconnect/disable the internet connection, disable antivirus, run the program. Afterwards re-enable anti virus & internet.
- Windows Repair takes ~ 20 minutes to complete all repairs on my Win 7 system.
- Do a "Clean Boot" first (GOOGLE it on how to do it) or better: run the program in "Safe Mode with Networking".
- If a repair takes too long (> ~15 minutes) then note which repair has been the trouble maker, abort that repair, restart the program but the skip the repair that caused the trouble.
- if all repairs have been completed then try to run all repairs again.

Post a screen shot of the program for me so I can see what it is doing, what does the log box say in the window as well?
