virtual computer on 64 byte

In preparation for the new registry backup, I would like to install a virtual computer. I went to the MS site and it said it was only for 32(86) byte.
Is there a VM for 64 byte pcs?

I have read that Oracle Virtual Box would suit me so I will use it if you agree then use the registry with it to try out -ok?
