- At which point does that error pops up ? When you open the Windows Update screen or when you hit "Search for Updates" ?

i used windows repair 1.9.0.12 (actually the first i found online) to solve a problem with my printer.... the errors appear directly when open the windows update screen
here a screenshot (it's in italian but it's easy to understand that "mai" means "never")
thanks for the help!!!

i've not tried it yet!i'm afraid to worsen the situation
Willy2:
- Is the "Windows Update" Service (called "Wuauserv") running ?
- Download the latest version & run repairs #17, 26 & 27 first. (Should fix "Windows Update").
- Windows Repair removes info in one folder and then Windows "forgets" which updates have been applied.
- Re-installing printer drivers is IMO the best way to fix those printer problems.
Willy2:
- Version v1.9 is a VERY old version. And I know that the "Windows Update" repair has been modified/improved more than once in later versions. So, DO download & use the latest version (v3.13) !!!!!
- I am VERY curious (for a VERY GOOD reason). So, please after running v3.13, DO attach the log of "Repair Windows Update" to your next reply.
