Unable to open setup file

We both solved it. On a hunch I re-booted the Acer to Safe-Networking. It installed perfectly.

Re-booted back to normal mode and checked the Comodo firewall. Sure enough it blocked every attempt. Just in case, I added the installed program to "Trusted Files" and it running fine.

I've been running the Acer remotely, but should have trotted over to do the Safe Mode. I feel pretty dump -- I should have figured this out much sooner. Thanks. Dean

Thanks for your promptness, attention and help -- it's first class! Comodo, for as-yet, unknown reasons sometimes resets itself. It's problematic to say the least.
