new small window appears when scrolling downward

I ran tweaking on my PC & now sometimes when I am scrolling downwards on a page, a small window pops up with the word "desktop" above a small window of the page I am on & a small window of my desktop beside it.  How do I make my PC stop doing this?

Hard to tell with out seeing it, next time it happens hit the prtscn button on your keyboard, this will take a screen shot of the current screen. Then open paint and paste it in there, then save it as a jpg or png file and post it for me, that way I can see exactly what you are seeing. :wink:
