Ok so either the program is failing to get the sha1 hash of each file or the files have been modified somehow, causing the sha1 hash to be different.

In the list of files it says failed, scroll to the end of the list, the last file in the file_list.txt is the tray icon, if that is at the bottom of the failed list then that means that the program isnt able to pull the md5 hash of any of the files, if that is the case I need to find out why your system isnt able to pull the sha1 hash. We can also always clear out the file_list.txt file and make it blank so the program wont check any of the files. But lets do that only as a last resort.

Follow your instructions shane   and the problem was resolved! You are the best! But what about this new feature? Is there any bug?

thank you for great help and great software !

i will gave you a five star  :  )

Shane:
You didnt clear the file yet did you? I want to find out why the program isnt pulling the sha1 hash :-)

I am going to make a new test build here soon and get it over to you, in this new build I will have it show the sha1 it is looking for and which one it finds, that way I can see if it is pulling the info or not.
