and i will send you an email shortly ; )
Shane:
Very odd, I checked your log with the other persons, the total lines in the log is 873, I checked and the identical files all failed for him as it did with you, yet none of the txt and bat files and such show up in the list.
So for both of you, the same files fail and what is odd as well the md4 hash is different for both of you.
Example, for you on the first file you had
MD4 Hash Doesn't Match: 7za.dll
(Expected MD4: 6FC2AFDB213C7BAA123A3EB3B17C0137)
(Returned MD4: 0F2EFC9C93345EBA9AAB5D5295D6DE19)
the other user had
MD4 Hash Doesn't Match: 7za.dll
(Expected MD4: 6FC2AFDB213C7BAA123A3EB3B17C0137)
(Returned MD4: 2C910445C673F7349E18009D4B7387D4)
The returned md4 is different for both of you. I then had him send me the file itself and on every single one of my systems it returned the expected md4. I have also not gotten a lot of emails or complaints about this from other people, so far only 3 people.
So I asked the other user if I would be able to teamviewer in and look at the system and run some tests and try to find what is going on. He wasn't able to try it in safe mode.
But so far the one thing that stands out the most is that fact that certain file types return the expected md4 hash just fine and the other files types all fail. That would normally tell me something is getting in the way of those file types, but again I havent been able to replicate it yet.
I will see what i can come up with :-)
I am curious what the hashtab tool would show for the md4 has for those files. If it would show the same returned md4 hash or the exspected one, that would at least tell me if the problem is in my code or not :-)

Shane:
Ok I have a new test build, can you try this one out and let me know how it goes?
Shane
Gamezertruth:
thanks Shane for your info and reply ! i just download the new test file and still no go !
MD4 Hash Doesn't Match: CleanMgrScripts\Google Chrome Cache 3 (For Each User Profile).dat
(Expected MD4: E6F640B780767EFB109D020E450C8ECA)
(Returned MD4: 024B7CE91B64554932ABAFE15A5814A7)
note : I found a program for repair MBR thing and i just test it today and it got fixed a lot of stuff on my system so i don’t know if this something to do of my problem/your program !
btw : I forgot that my system has some of the corrupted files which SFC couldn't to fix them out ! I too I am suspected of one of Windows updates and More than two weeks and I'm looking for a solution for SFC

I'll join the fun
Same problem exactly on a Win 7 sp1 x64 system.
I had run 3.0.0 yesterday, did a couple of its steps, then it told me there was a new upgrade out.
I uninstalled 3.0.0, installed 3.2.0 (installer version) and run it. SHA1 conflicts like above, on all files.
The file_list.txt is dated 5/19/2015, the same as the new *.exe so it is the new version.
Taking as an example the first file with a conflict (7za.dll), I compared its SHA1 in the file_list.txt versus a calculated one with some other utility I have installed. They were the same.
The same with the last file in the error list (WR_Tray_Icon.exe). Matching SHA1 codes.
I even run it under Process Monitor and it actually picks up the proper files from its folder.
No idea why there would be a conflict.
