Windows Repair won't work (continued)

Since my last contact(26-2-15),I downloaded 2 or 3 updated versions of "Repair Windows",and each time I get an error message!Version 2.63 is the only one that
works for me! I have dld all versions right up to v 3.2.0.It shows a window showing  a missing file :repair windows exe (see attachment!)As suggested
 I have also stopped Avast.I  extracted all the files from the zip into a folder and tried  running the program from there.My OS is Windows 7
Home Edition.I sure would like to fix this problem once and for all.Thanks for the help.

- Try disabling "Windows Defender" as well.

You posted a url link instead of a picture, can you post a screen shot of the error you where getting? Did you also make sure to run the program in Windows safe mode?
