Sfc /scan now found errors that cant be repaired.

Chkdsk /f found no errors.

All metro apps show as being install, but need to be installed.

Prescan shows no errors

All fixes run, and update shows 7 updates. All of which wont install.

So I'm lost as what to do next.

Open a Command prompt (Admin) and enter dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and see what that reports.

If that is successful then run sfc /scannow again to see if it still reports files it is unable to repair.

Done all this via the app as above.

I wasn't sure if WR included that command.

dism /online /cleanup-image /analyzecomponentstore

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

kinaton:
Yeah under repairs.  I'm at loss on what to do next.
