[Solved] Pre-scan

I am working late on an update to the Windows Repair lol
it is almost 8 PM for me and my head hurts, so I may not reply till tomorrow after my jobs (I have customers who I need to go fix their computers)

Reinstalled windows and I'm working fine now. It must have corrupted at some point during installation. I'm good now though and I learned quite a bit as well. Thanks!
