router & connectivity problem

So are those on the left your sync speeds and those on the right are the download/upload (Throughput) speeds.
Log into the router and look for a Statistics or Summary page.
That should have your Downstream/Upstream speeds, SNR and Attenuations and may also have the amount of Errors as well.
