dvd drive

my dvd drive does not work-- it has worked for a long time, i do not use it much, but when i tried to run a dvd movie on it, nothing? no info or image. tried the properties, but nothing to view. have any solutions?  also i do love the tweaking program, keep it up

Dvd drives are made cheap and they die easily.

To confirm if the drive died or if it is just something in Windows put a bootable cd in if you have one and see if the computer can boot off the drive. If it cant read the either then the drive is dead.

If it can read the disc then it is something in Windows :wink:
